My novel is at 58,000 words and moving toward an end. The US holidays slowed down my pace but at least NaNoWriMo drilled something special into my writing ethic.
Hell yes, I can write 1,000 words a day and, if inspired, up to 6,000 words a day. Then again I still regard that day as possession by someone else. Talk about crazy!
1,000 words a day is bliss. It's doable. I hope I can maintain the pace into my future projects.
